Our passion is to provide Extraordinary services because we believe that all people are extraordinary individuals.
We are a non-profit organization providing services and supports to help you live more successfully in the community of your choice. PGI is committed to providing personalized services to meet individual needs. Services provided are delivered with best practices in mind.
Precious Giftz, Inc. Community Services is a new provider of health and human services but key personnel have over fifteen years of combined years of indirect and direct care to consumers who have been affected by mental illnesses, substance abuse dependency, and/or developmental disabilities. We also have a desire to help consumers who may be at risk of abuse and/or neglect and who could benefit from having a more positive influence in their life. We are here to help!
Our Mission
Precious Giftz, Inc. Community Services seeks to enhance the lives of adults and children who may be plagued with mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse disorders through the delivery and support of rehabilitative health and human services by equipping them with the skills, tools, and resources for self-sufficiency and wellness to overcome life’s obstacles and to live more successfully in their community.

Life Skills Training offers rehabilitative and skill building supports to individuals that are supported in their own home and do not receive residential supports.
In Home Intensive

In-Home Intensive support is available to support beneficiaries in their private home when the beneficiary needs extensive support and supervision.
Community Networking

Community Networking services provide individualized day activities that support the beneficiary’s definition of a meaningful day in an integrated community setting, with people who are not disabled.
